How quickly will you get back to me?

We aim to respond to all calls, texts, and messages on the same or next business day. If your situation is time-sensitive, such as an upcoming mortgage renewal or offer deadline, calling or texting a team member directly is the fastest option.

Do I have to meet in person?

No. Many of our clients work with us entirely by phone, video, and email, including those relocating to Edmonton from other provinces. We’re also happy to meet at our St Albert Trail office or at a property. We also have other office locations available to us in Edmonton.

What should I have ready before our first call?

Nothing is required, but it helps to know your rough timeline and budget. If you’re applying for a mortgage, recent pay stubs or tax returns and a sense of your down payment will help us give you more specific answers.
