Matteo became an Accredited Mortgage Professional in 2009 & in 2014 he became dual licensed as a Realtor. In 2022 he became an Associate Broker for Real Estate. He has always had a passion for numbers & loves talking to people, hence why he loves to negotiate! If he isn’t working with clients, you’ll find him reading articles on current events, watching Formula 1 Car Racing or the Oilers or spending time with his family

Delia joined the team after a successful time spent in the home building industry where she utilized her CPA accounting designation. Since then, she has become licensed as a Mortgage Broker (2017) & Realtor (2019). She loves spending time with family, enjoying a the latest romcom & chatting with clients on how to make their real estate & mortgage goals a reality!
