Can you help with situations that aren’t straightforward?

Yes. Along with first-time buyers, upsizers, and downsizers, we regularly help clients who are new to Canada, going through a divorce or separation, relocating with the military or RCMP, building a new home, or refinancing to access equity. Each of these situations has its own financing rules, and we’ll walk you through your options.

Who is on the MetroYEG team?

Established in 2009, MetroYEG is led by Matteo Saccomanno, a REALTOR® Associate Broker and Accredited Mortgage Professional, and Delia Addessi, a REALTOR®, Mortgage Broker, and CPA, with REALTOR® Stella Gabriele. Our real estate team is with REMAX River City, and our mortgage services are provided through Dominion Lending Centres Mortgage Mentors.
